Prableen Bajpai is the founder of FinFix® Research and Analytics Private Limited. She has over 16 years of experience in wealth management, research, and financial planning. Prableen began her career with a financial services firm, where she spent over six years as the research head. To experience a new domain and broaden her horizons, she took up the assignment of a lecturer of business studies at the Royal Thimphu College (RTC), Bhutan. Prableen embarked on her entrepreneurial journey with FinFix®.

Prableen has studied in different schools across the country owing to her upbringing in a defence background. She is an Economics Honors Graduate and holds a Master's Degree in Economics with a major in Econometrics and Macroeconomics from Panjab University. Prableen is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA, ICFAI) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) awarded by Financial Planning Standard Board Ltd.

With a passion for financial literacy, especially among women, Prableen has taken many sessions to educate women and make them proactive on matters related to personal finance. These efforts are structured under the WIN®—Women Investors Network.
